Two thoughts: 1. I’m glad you have a system that seems to work for you. But 2. Despite your belief that other people have it together, I suspect (and KNOW, in my case) that we’re just faking it
I absolutely knew that intellectually, but the issue was that I thought there was something wrong with me, or that I wasn’t trying hard enough. In the end, I realised that it was just about finding a way to make things work for me.
