A new 2Political is coming in a day or so.

Special note: This week’s Live podcast has been cancelled. There won’t be one next week, either (Thanksgiving Day in the US), so the live show will return in TWO weeks (December 3, 2009).

It’s another cornucopia today! I have a little bit of a downer toward the end, but my reason for bringing it up is positive.

AmeriNZ 82 – Jake Day

Today is (our puppy) Jake’s first birthday! It’s a day for celebration, and I’m feeling a bit silly, I guess. I kid around a lot, and I deliver one joke totally seriously. Can you spot it? I start out today talking about Australia and New Zealand and the way people from one country don’t like to be confused with people from the other. I even give an expat tip. After that, it’s on to some items from the news that I think are funny. Did you hear about the world’s oldest recording? After that, it’s comments from two episodes.
