AmeriNZ 387 – Fading month

amerinz_podcast_1400x1400-2016Six weeks in a row—and one full month—without missing a week. Who am I?! I’ve been busy “adulting” over the past week, especially changing electricity suppliers, something that took a surprising amount of my own energy. I persevered. Then I talk about something I thought might have happened by today, but it didn’t, so I talk about the non-event and why it will be so important once it does happen. That’s it for June!

AmeriNZ 386 – Solstice night

amerinz_podcast_1400x1400-2016The June Solstice is tonight, though winter is already three weeks old, of course. The main topic today is a recent public meeting that illustrates what I was talking about last time, and it also shows a good way for politicians to respond. Finally today, I talk about a bit of a shock I had on Monday that affected me.

AmeriNZ 385 – ‘Wet, whiny, inward-looking country’

amerinz_podcast_1400x1400-2016Lots of weirdness in New Zealand since the last episode. New Zealand’s Leader of the Opposition made yet another really stupid remark and has been desperately trying to spin it since—unsuccessfully. He has a habit of saying really dumb things. A public meeting in New Zealand was taken over by conspiracy theorists. An online reporter for RNZ edited wire service stories to promote Russian propaganda, among other odd things. RNZ is still investigating. In positive news, I recently had routine health evaluations and everything was okay.

Then, I talk about my personal organisation system after using it for three months. Has it worked?

AmeriNZ 384 – Winter celebrations

amerinz_podcast_1400x1400-2016It’s winter, and we have celebrations: The important one for me is that it was a brilliant sunny today day today. Also, this past weekend was the first King’s Birthday public holiday most New Zealanders will ever have known. I talk about all that first. The King’s Birthday Honours List was also released, and there were some surprises.

Then, I talk about my personal organisation system after using it for three months. Has it worked?
